New York Style
Stone Oven

A hand-tossed, thin crust, easy to fold pizza that dates back to the early 1900s and is now the most widely consumed style of pizza in states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut in the United States. The inspiration for this style came from the Neapolitan pizza from Naples in Italy.

This decadent two inch thick, pan-baked pizza is crispy, flaky and rich. Baked in a cake pan, it is quite often also called a pizza pie and takes an average of 30 minutes to cook.
